Jane is an experienced credentialed diabetes educator, specialising in type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes and gestional diabetes and has a particluar interest in type 1 diabetes, insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring.
Jane will be providing individual consultations for:

Newly diagnosed and exisiting type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes and gestational diabetes

Introduction to insulin pump therapy

Commencement of insulin pump therapy

Insulin pump therapy upgrade

Continuous glucose monitoring

Support and optimisation of your diabetes management

Commencement of insulin for type 2 diabetes

Commencement of insulin for gestational diabetes

Initial consultations with Jane are 1 hour, Skype consulations are also available.
In addition to individual consultations, Jane will be providing the following services:

Presentations on diabetes issues within your workplace

Diabetes program planning consultation
